Return Policy

1. Overview

We take pride in our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our print-on-demand business model, where products are made specifically for each customer, our return policy differs from traditional stores.

2. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective item. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

3. Wrong Item or Order

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days. We will issue a replacement or refund for the incorrect product at no additional cost to you.

4. Change of Mind or Incorrect Order

Since our products are printed on-demand specifically for each customer, we cannot accept returns for items that are not defective or damaged. Please make sure that you review your order carefully before finalizing it.

5. Cancellations

Once an order is placed and sent to fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or changed. Please double-check your order before submitting it.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds for defective or incorrect items will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods (if applicable).

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • In cases of defects or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs. For other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs if you entered incorrect Shipping address.

8. International Returns

For customers in the EU and North America, we process returns through local fulfillment centers. If you’re outside of these regions, please contact us for return instructions.
